Why your voice matters
More than 5,600 Australians are diagnosed with Head and Neck Cancer every year, and around 18,000 are living with its long term impacts. For many, treatment changes the way they speak, eat and are heard.
A message of support can help someone feel seen, heard and less alone. By lending your voice, you're helping raise awareness of Head and Neck Cancer and showing solidarity with the thousands of Australians affected each year.
If you're able to make a donation, you'll also help Head and Neck Cancer Australia continue to provide free access to specialist nurses, counselling support and trusted information when patients and families need it most.
About Us
Head and Neck Cancer Australia is the only national charity dedicated to supporting people affected by Head and Neck Cancer.
Launched in 2016, what began as a small charity has grown into a national organisation supporting over 5,600 Australians diagnosed each year with free access to specialist nurses, counselling support and trusted information when patients and families need it most.
Today, we work alongside patients, carers, healthcare professionals, researchers and policymakers to improve outcomes and ensure the voices of people affected by Head and Neck Cancer are heard.
Everything we do is driven by the voices of our community and the belief that together, we can create meaningful change.
Head and Neck Cancer Australia proud charity beneficiary of the john farnham Celebration Concert
Head and Neck Cancer Australia is honoured to be the charity beneficiary of John Farnham: A Living Legend, a one-night-only celebration concert at Rod Laver Arena on 20 September 2026.
John's openness about his experience with oral cancer has helped raise awareness of Head and Neck Cancer and given a voice to thousands of Australians affected by the disease.
Funds raised through the concert and the Lend Your Voice campaign will help us continue to provide free access to specialist nurses, counselling support and trusted information when patients and families need it most, while advocating for better outcomes for everyone affected by Head and Neck Cancer.
